My passion is to make organizations perform better and help them realize service excellence. I strongly believe in the power of changing together. I call this "co-creation" and it simply means that in designing and facilitating a change and development process, this is based on the input and engagement from all stakeholders. Including front-line employees, customers, suppliers and others.
In my work for a wide variety of organizations, I've gained experience and in-depth expertise in Human Resources, Performance Management and Organization Development. This expertise helps me to make changes sustainable and integrated in everyday practice.
